We'll explain and provide all necessary forms beginning with our Property Management Contract which outlines our duties in detail. And we will of course provide you a fully signed Rental (Lease) Contract. To help provide you protection for your personal property, we'll be sure your tenant completes a "Move-In Inspection Form" and we'll gladly take photographs of each room.
The bookkeeping will all be done for you too! Not only will we make sure you get your check directly from us each month, but we'll send you our monthly Manager's Statement for your financial records and year-end tax statement.
